This program’s goal is to prepare High school players for the demands of the upcoming season, both physically and mentally. The key to a successful season is a productive and injury free pre-season. Practice sessions will focus on physical, technical, tactical, and psychological training. We use an intense combination of training to get players in shape and ready for the season.
